What falls outside the lines
Do not use it to enter into transactions.

Signing up for a free trial, placing an order, opening a financial account, or agreeing to any terms of service with a nopeclub.com address creates a contract nobody can enforce and a mess you will eventually own. Save it for brochures, not billing.

Do not use it to avoid a real human being.

The nopeclub.com address is for forms and funnels, not people. If a colleague, a client, a friend, or anyone who deserves a real answer is on the other end, use your actual address. Ghosting is not a consumer protection strategy.

Platform terms are your business, not ours.

Most platforms prohibit false or misleading contact information in their terms of service. Using a nopeclub.com address to access their content is your call, not ours. The risk of account suspension or access revocation belongs to the member, not the club.

Do not use it for anything illegal, harmful, or unkind.

The nopeclub.com address exists to protect privacy and resist unwanted outreach. It does not exist to harass, defraud, impersonate, or otherwise cause harm. Members who use it that way are no longer playing nice, and the fine print has noticed.

We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice.

The fine print on this page is written in plain English by people who are not attorneys. If you have a genuine legal question about data privacy, consent, or consumer protection in your jurisdiction, please consult someone who passed the bar.
